Living next to an airport with a collection of some of the rarest flying WWII aircraft provides countless opportunities to enjoy some beautiful aircraft. Paine Field is home to nearly 20 flying warbirds, plus it hosts numerous events which attract many more rare vintage aircraft from around the region. In addition to that, the large aviation community hosts dozens of fly-ins and airshows throughout the region from May to September. This gallery includes some of my favorite images from many of these events, with a large emphasis on older aircraft.
