The Consolidated PBY Catalina was an American flying boat, and later an amphibious aircraft of the 1930s and 1940s produced by Consolidated Aircraft. It was one of the most widely used seaplanes of World War II. This example is a PBY-6A which had previously been used as a water bomber, based out of Arlington Municipal Airport in Washington, State. You may find a couple other images of this aircraft in its firefighting markings.
