A perfect Pacific Northwest summer afternoon for some flying! Amelia Hilsen flew the North American T-6G Texan and Frank Hoogkamer in his 1941 Stearman N2S-2 Kaydet. Leading today's formation for his first time was Topher Cole in his Cessna 182 with Roger Weber in the back seat as safety observer.

This was a fun and challenging flight for all. With the performance differences between the Texan at nearly stall speed and the Stearman at its top speed, the two pilots were in for quite the workout. They were more than up for the challenge and provided some breathtaking images for an incredibly memorable flight.
